Q: What is our shipping policy?
A: We only ship within the United States at this time. All orders
will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS and/or USPS.
Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with your tracking
information. Hats and headbands are shipped directly from Jamie
Rae Hats within 3 days
of receiving order.
Q: What do we charge for shipping?
A: Our standard delivery charge is $5.95.
Q: How do we accept payments?
A:Lullabies & Lollipops accepts credit and debit payment made thru PAY PAL.
No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
Q: What is our return policy?
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If you receive any defective/damaged product
notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any defective/damaged product must be mailed
back to us in original packaging and will be replaced upon receipt. All postage will be
responsibility of Lullabies & Lollipops.
UNUSED/UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Unused/undamaged products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of
shipment date. Postage will be the responsibility of purchaser for
returns that are not a result of our error. A refund will be made
upon receipt of product minus any shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be charged
for all returns that are not a result of our error.
